Bluecoat Pond, Christ's Hospital, Horsham
|
Bluecoat Pond, situated on the old Christ’s Hospital dairy site, takes its name from the long blue coats, still worn to day by the students and the Victorian pond and water tower which is its centre piece. This spectacular development comprises 36 wing houses, cottages and apartments, set around the pond and beautiful gardens.

Residents also benefit from the availability of two comfortable guest suites, where friends and family may come to stay and our own mini-bus to take residents on shopping and other trips.
Security is greatly enhanced by an alarm system for emergencies: CCTV and the presence of two Courtyard managers who live on site.
