Dunchurch Hall, Rugby

Originally build as a hunting lodge for the Duke of Buccleuch in 1840, the Hall became Dunchurch Hall School in 1883, amalgamated with Winton House School in 1940 and closing in 1993.

This English Courtyard Development opened in 1997 with 23 properties - the Hall having been converted into 3 apartments and the original stable block into 2 cottages together with 18 newly built cottages and flats. In 2006 additional properties were built, 4 wing houses and a traditional cottage. The development also boasts a pavilion which is used by residents for various activities.
