Eleven of the 44 flats can be occupied by non-domiciled people who have already lived in Guernsey for 10 consecutive years or more. The other 33 can only be occupied by Guernsey residents.
The site’s minibus goes to St Peter Port every Tuesday and on alternate Fridays; on Thursdays the minibus goes to one of the island’s supermarkets.
