Lyefield Court, Emmer Green, Reading

Lyefield Court, just off the B481 Peppard Road from Reading, is served by a nearby parade of shops. These meet basic requirements, whilst buses go every 20 minutes, route 24, to Caversham (6 mins.) and Reading (20 mins.) respectively, which offer a full range of shops and other facilities as well as a fast, frequent train service to London and the West country.

Lyefield Court is built in the grounds of St. Benet’s Home a former late Victorian boys’ orphanage, closed and demolished in 1982. It adjoins Reading Golf Course.

The development consists of 14 two and three bedroom cottages and 16 two bedroom flats, a guestroom, Courtyard Managers accommodation and a Laundry in 2 ½ acres of well maintained grounds. Each property has its own garage.
