Mytchett Heath was built in the grounds of a former school. The head gardener had a passion for trees and the 4 acre site still has a large number of specimens. The site consists of 43 houses, apartments and wing houses.

Security is greatly enhanced by an alarm system for emergencies: CCTV: a video entry system and the presence of two Courtyard Managers who live on site.
Residents also benefit from the availability of a comfortable guest suite, where friends and family may come and stay – and our own mini-bus service to take residents on shopping trips.
