Relief Managers

(Part Time)

Relief Managers assist in the day to day running of our Courtyards by covering the absence of the Resident Managers for up to 112 days per annum. This is a varied role, involving monitoring and responding to the emergency call alarm system, dealing with matters raised by residents, receiving visitors and dealing with queries, some minor administration and ensuring the site is clean and tidy.

There is some weekend cover, but flexible arrangements can be worked out to suit you and us. The one main stipulation is that Relief Managers must be in a position to respond to calls from the Courtyard within a maximum of 10 minutes.

The post would suit a person (or couple) who is reliable, trustworthy and likes dealing with people. No medical care or nursing is involved, but a practical and flexible attitude together with a good sense of humour is essential.

Salary up to c.£6K p.a.
