St. Mary’s Court is a recently completed ECA development of 15 spacious properties: 2 houses, 7 cottages and 6 apartments arranged in two groups on either side of a landscaped courtyard. Properties vary between 1100 and 1450 sq. ft. in size, with private patios or balconies. They are designed to a very high standard, specification and finish by our architects, Sidell Gibson.
